Appointments, Walk-ins and Cancellations

Walk-ins are welcome and depend on availability. Clients will be notified of approximate wait times at check-in. Booked appointment clients are expected to arrive on time. However, we allow a 10 minute grace period. If you are unable to keep your appointment, please contact the front desk to reschedule, otherwise your appointment will be subject to cancellation and service set as walk-in.

Payment Policy

Payment for all services are due at time of service. We accept Cash, RETENTION NAILS & SPA Gift Cards, VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. All sales are final (no returns or refunds).

Service Policy

The RETENTION of our clients is extremely important to us.  We want you to leave with more than great nails and beautiful skin, we want you to leave happy. We guarantee a pleasant and friendly visit – every time. We guarantee our gel color, acrylic color powder, and dip powder from chips or lifting for 5 days. We will gladly fix your nails within that time period for any reason. There is no guarantee on regular polish. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your service experience, please notify the manager onsite, call or email us.

Service Change Policy

Any nail length/shape/color choices you make will be shown to you first on 1-2 nails before we move on to the next. Please communicate any changes with your technician immediately. Otherwise, services will continue and you will be charged for services rendered. If you are unsatisfied with your services upon completion, please notify the manager onsite, call or email us.

Safety Policy

The safety of our guests is our number one priority. Small children must be supervised by an authorized parent or guardian at all times. Additionally, we require all clients to inform us of any medical conditions that may be a contraindication to services. RETENTION NAILS & SPA™ will not be held responsible for any accidents, injuries, lost or stolen items, and personal belongings. No animals allowed in facility, unless registered service pets.
